Samson Mbuthia Kinyanjui holds an LL.B degree from the Kampala International University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and currently awaiting to graduate with Masters in Corporate Law (LLM) degree from the University of South Africa. He was called to the Bar in 2009, he is a commissioner of oaths and a certified public notaries .

He is the managing partner of all the firms and in charge of all staff members and the city centre office .He has worked as an associate advocate with Soita & Saende Advocates. He specializes in civil, Probate, Family Law and criminal litigation and Conveyancing; preparation of pleadings and attendance in court in Family, Probate, criminal, civil and matrimonial litigation; attending to clients and advising them on legal matters (interpretation and formulation of legal documents and legal effects of the same); incorporation of companies; drawing commercial agreements and Arbitration; drawing conveyances; researching on law generally; Samson Mbuthia Kinyanjui is the Managing Partner of the Firm and staff . He is responsible for the recruitment and supervision of staff; financial management and managing of Clients Accounts.
