Cuna holds of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Moi University . She is presently pursuing a Certified Public Secretaries (CPS) at the KENYA COLLEGE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT while still attending pupillage under the able hands of Edwin Mongeri.

While in law school, she participated in several moot court competitions. She also helped raise money for the elderly through help age Kenya and raising funds for the hungry through the Red Cross Society.

Prior to joining Mongeri Kinyanjui & Co Advocates, Ms. Wairimu served as an Intern at Milimani Commercial Courts and Makadara Law Courts.
